Wasting Time Waiting for Deliveries? GPS Tracking Device Eliminates the Problem

SALT LAKE CITY, UT- No more waiting for pick/ups or deliveries. No more irritated customers. No more wasted time.

A new device patented by Worldwide Notification Systems, Inc. (WNS) eliminates the problems caused by unscheduled pickups and deliveries. This automated system has the capacity to
  • Analyze each day's arrival schedule and organize the best route
  • Estimate times of delivery of Trucks, School Buses, Aircraft, etc.
  • Sequentially call each recipient on the route to notify them of the driver's estimated arrival time
  • Automatically adjust the route if a recipient is unavailable
  • Interface with "Smartcard" technology for mass-transit frequent riders

The Global Positioning System (GPS) or LORAN based technology at the core of this efficient, cost-effective delivery notification system allows deliveries to be tracked from the time they leave the sender's premises to the time they arrive at their destination. Drivers no longer have to waste time by seeking out a neighbor with whom to leave the package or by returning another day to deliver the same package. This allows employers to substantially increase employee productivity. The system also enhances customer relations by substantially reducing the opportunity for miscommunication and frustration.

According to J. Michael Wallace, WNS Chairman and CEO, "WNS is one of the original pioneers in GPS technology. We recognized the technology's enormous potential long before the term 'GPS' became a household word. Today, the world market is demanding the vast possibilities and enhancements that only GPS can provide..."
